I am a passionate designer, studying a MA in Design for sustainability. I believe that my role as a designer is not only concerning to create products, but to work with communities and bring into my professional work a social element.

My background includes serving as a customer service related to Airbnb property management services, and a responsive relationship with suppliers in the mass-market product industry. Most recently I work with an Australian entrepreneur, where my responsibilities included handling Airbnb guest’s requests and problems, mediating with the property's managing board and direct contact with the suppliers.

Previously, I worked with a consumer goods company as a marketing analyst. In this position, I had to meet and build a responsive relationship with the suppliers of P.O.P marketing pieces and packaging material. I demonstrated within these jobs the ability to develop respectful interpersonal relationships, to provide an exceptional client service and to be a creative problem solver.

In addition to this experience, I gained considerable customer service skills during my employment as a promoter in events and fairs while I was in college.
